• By booking a cruise, you agree to follow the rules laid out by the captain for your safety and the safety of everyone aboard

• Please plan on arriving 10 minutes early to allow yourself time to park and board; 20 minutes late is considered a no-show

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

• Cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled cruise for a full refund, minus a 3% transaction fee. Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the cruise start time are eligible for a 50% refund. Each booking is eligible for one reschedule, which must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Please note: Once you reschedule, the booking becomes non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the cruise start time are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

  In the event of bad weather (rain or heavy winds) on the day of your cruise, we’ll happily reschedule at your earliest convenience.
